A MySQL server can accept incoming connections from specific IP addresses. By default every MySQL-server listens to local IP address, every server accepts all connections. In ISPmanager you can set up remote access.

By default all remote access to database server is forbidden. For this function activation follow control panel to point “Databases”. Double-click to database and double-click to username. In open window set remote access.
