For the server ftp connection, firstable you must to create a FTP user. FTP allows working with the remote machine in the same way as with a local one: move from one directory to another, view and change their contents.
In the left side you can see main menu. Click to "Accounts"->"FTP users"
To create a new user need to enter his name, password and root directory.
For your safety we recommend generate a password. In the password field you will see a dices. Click to them for password generation. “Home directory” field may limit user access to files.
Create FTP user - To add a new FTP-user, click the "New" icon and fill out the form:
After user creation you can connect to server via FTP. Enter correct IP-address, username and password. For the FTP connection use default port 21.
All files with your websites located in domain name directory. For example: for the website domain.com the way to root directory is /www/domain.com
