Call-center upgrade.

In order to improve our call-center, we upgrated our VoIP server and on our personnel wokplaces.
The result of these changes are:
1. The new phone number - +372 664 7001;
2. The new fax number - +372 664 7002;
3. Connection to Skype telephony. Now fairyhosting.com contact only works on accepting Skype calls. Messaging
via Skype are not supported anymore.
Our call-center is reachable from 9:00 till 18:00.
Russian phone number +7 (495) 6680616, is operating normally without any changes.
